How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months, unless you request deletion sooner. Analytics data is retained in line with Google’s retention settings (currently 26 months).
Who we share information with?
We use third-party providers such as Google (analytics) and Microsoft Azure Cloud to process data on our behalf.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
Children’s data
Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Under data protection law, you have rights including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You don’t need to pay a fee to exercise these rights, and we will respond within one calendar month.
